Yeah, in #4, "categories of dangerous people" could mean anyone who has gone to a protest, written a letter criticizing the administration, belonged to a group the administration doesn't like, or tried to hoard pre-ban incandescent light bulbs. The categories would probably change when a Republican becomes president, but that won't make it any better.
And on #16 why is it any doctor's business whether you have a gun in your house, and what happens if you tell him its none of his business? Seems like just one more reason to avoid doctors unless you're near death. It's funny how the tentacles of Obama care are starting to reach into everything.
