Those look like Hutchison Beadlocks. They are the same manufacturer for the H1 beadlock wheels including the ones equipped with CTIS. Last time I looked into Hutch, they were around $500 a piece, but at that time, they were the only ones I could find that were true double beadlocks with a DOT certification. I believe they manufacture the steel ones for the military as well. You should be able to find a "local" dealer through their factory website to get new o-rings. They may be the same as the steel ones, if thats the case, trail worthy fab has the orings and valve stems.

Im going to recenter a set of military 16.5 steelies with a set of 3.5" offset centers from Trail Worthy Fab for my Carryall.....whenever that project starts.
