No idea on the 6bt, not a lot of them in Oz. Most the smaller trucks are Asian, big ones are Kens, Pete's, Macks and European. Most 4x4's are Asian with a few Jeeps and Land Rovers. There are some USA 4x4's, but personal imports and very expensive. A 2000 ram would cost over $80k here.
