You either need to buy or fab the rotor flanges. From there on a good machinist/welder can handle the rest.
I bought rotor flanges from Ray for my W300.
A friend did the machine work, I welded, the he trued them up on a lathe. It was not hard and did not take a lot of time, but accuracy must be 100%
