40's dodge 9 ft utiline bed and cab compatibility

I have an opportunity to buy an old dodge 1 ton which is a < 1947 model year. The bed appears to be a 9 ft utiline bed, but lower than the normal pw bed. it appears to be in almost perfect condition. the cab appears to be a power wagon cab, even the interior. any ideas as to value, or compatibility with a 1947 powerwagon (which I am restoring).
