I can go along with Ken. I have a 135 and it's great on sheet metal. I have welded some material up to 1/4" but it has a limited duty cycle for that thickness. Be sure to use gas when welding sheet metal it makes a cleaner weld. .023 wire is good for sheet metal welding. A great addition if you don't have one is an auto darkening helmet.
