Probably the same as on my 1934 Model BB 1 ½ ton Ford with Budd wheels, the first nut that similar to a stud drilled and tapped with a two sided beveled shoulder that holds on the first wheel and tightened with a square head. Then the outer wheel installed and is held on with a lug nut same size as on my PW but larger bore and threads, this entire set-up is available at O’Reilly’s. With the proper width tire any two sets should be able to make it into a dually if you don’t have the deeper rim to install.
