Good advice, Mike.
And.....a biggie.....if he wants an original pto winch/bumper setup, it could run a couple grand, unless he's able to find an unmolested donor truck with a winch. Almost 100% of the time the drum shifter is missing, and the winch needs new seals, cable, etc. On and on and on....
