1965 WM300 what is it worth??

I am new to civilian power wagons. I am looking at a 1965 WM300 which is a non factory winch model. The cab is in pretty good shape except for rust in the passenger kick panel. The rest of the body work is good and has a good factory box on it. It has been sitting for a long time in a shed and the motor is stuck. Does have factory rear shocks in the back. Originally from wyoming so not alot of rust. what would be a good price range for this truck????? Any ideas would be great thanks
