he's the engine rebuilder boat yd. etc. in puntarenas with vintage 44 25 in. motor still winchinb boats out of the estuary

gal. of gas to pull one out about 5 bucks here, not bad to winch a boat out of the water

he does a lot of marine etc. with turbos

i like the idea of a turbo under the truck in the exhaust someone came up with, hopefully they can help me with the plumbing

what i find so interesting is the sky is the limit on these motors cuz the bottom ends are tuff so their are many options, fuel injection, diff. induction methods etc.

the hot rodders are really moving right along with this

one fellow mention the option of just putting one set of valves overhead

also use the 218 short blk. head for the 230 sht. blk and the 218 long blk head for the 237 251 and 265 according to the experts this gives better swirl better combustion in the chamber cuz they are smaller combustion areas

i really do think the sky is the limit with these simple torquey motors

with all the torque just overdrive it for a little more speed etc.
