There are about 827.2 different factors in camshaft selection, really. Advertised duration numbers mean nil, so pay close attention to the duration at .050", always. Cast iron 2-bbl intake, or 4-bbl? Aluminum? Exhaust manifolds or headers? Exhaust pipe diameter? Single or dual exhaust? Valve sizes? You know what I'm getting at. Bone-stock everything with a two-barrel, something with a split-profile like, for example, 210/214@.050", .440/.454" lift on a 114 LSA would be about ideal. Add a four-barrel, and a 219/219, 468/470" on a 110 LSA would make a huge difference. Raise the compression to 9.5, add headers and 1.88/1.60" valves to that, and a 219/219, .489/.489" Hughes camshaft would net you in the vicinity of 300 horsepower. However, the two cam selections you mentioned would make an improvement over stock that you'd definitely notice.
