It's not the guns.
It's not the security (or lack of) measures at schools, malls, businesses.
It's the mentally ill people who are ignored until they do things like this. It's all about the individual who does these things! Unstable people need to be monitored and if they show signs of being a danger to society (they all do), then they need to be kept away from the general population.
Doesn't matter how much security you have at any location. That person will just find another place to take out people. These people will always be able to get a weapon. If not a gun, it will be a knife or arson.
