I can't answer that one either, don't know much about propane. Natural gas is drilled from shale (at least here in ohio) which technically is methane gas, which can also be captured from landfill venting. Thats about as far as I can go with it. Hopefully someone else out the can add to it, it would be interesting to find out more. Roy
