no dyno records. but absloutely NO problems. I probably put 100K on my last WC52 and 40K on my WC57 before that. cams are where it is at I think. I put a bigger cam in a 47 WDX that had 20K original miles on it because it had a factory dual ram dump set up and it crossed the scales near 7,000 lbs empty and was a real pig. put the cam in, shaved the head. felt like a 50% power gain. it wasnt but sure felt like it.
I have never done any dyno tests. when selecting a cam shaft I call up Delta camshafts in Tacoma WA and tell them what I am using the rig for and they give me the perfect grind. ON my WC57 I was never hauling anything so they gave me a profile geared more toward HP gains. the cams I got for the pickups and WC52s they give me a profile aimed at a wider and higher torque band. they have many choices. you could have a more indepth conversation than I do with them with your dyno knowledge/experience. They like to talk cams too. ;/)
