I ahd it backwards. according to the WC62 manual the vehicles without an overflow tank had pressure cap, with overflow tank, no pressure cap.
here is the quote I got on the other forum:
The manual I have says that the trucks came with an expansion bottle and different rad cap after ser# 82008100. The sealed type rad cap part number is cc-928406 or G507-01-31545 the rad car spacer is cc-927693. The expansion bottle is cc-927191 . The manual shows the pic of the two cap styles and the pressure cap type cap is G502-01-31556 for vehicles not equipped with an overflow tank system.
