I wouldn't buy it because it is way too expensive. But it is a rare accessory that was on a few WWII vehicles. It was principally used to pump up tires. There are other things that came with it including hoses and fittings and a box to put that stuff in. They will mount on a WWII jeep or Dodge WC.
