The DOdge badge is on the side of the hood in 1960. In 1959 the Dodge badge is on the side of the fender.

The hood in 1959 has louvers in it with a stainless strip over them. The 1960 hood has no louvers.

The badge on the front of the hood on a 1959 in stamped stainless steel and the Dodge letters are stamped in. That badge on a 1960 is chrome plated cast metal and the letters are raised.

The defroster vents are hooded on a 1960 and just flat slits in a 1960 (though I have seen an early 1960 with the hooded vents).

The best way is to get the serial number off the frame and door tags. I attached a picture of the frame number location to this post.
