Trucks that were parked for long times had condensation that might have rusted holes in the bottom of the pan. Both of mine were that way. One didn't show until I drove it, 10 miles from home. The other, I swapped a severely dented pan off, cleaned up a spare pan full of gunk, and installed. Leaks from 4 pin holes, in the driveway, AFTER install.

Best fix is to solder or braze from inside. Last hole got brazed from out side, while in chassis.
