gone to power steering faster rear ends and maybe the ohv 265 or a turbo charger on a 265 flattie--lol
but i think the real reason is they saw lee iacoca coming and the masters of the universe wanted to tank her so they could pull a bail out and pocket the change
therefore ruining the image and product the true engineers etc. had spent years developing and improving
