Why did you replace all those parts multiple times? Were they burned up or were you just changing parts to see if it helped?
You can be pretty sure that the items you replaced more than once are not the cause of the problem.
I'm with Kaegi, if any of the parts were burning up, it could be the resistor if it's a 12 volt machine. Too much current getting through. But, I wonder if you aren't actually having a carburetor or fuel problem.
Does the problem come and go, or does it remain constant once it starts?
