Occasionally, I figure it's worth a shot to see if anyone has, and wants to get rid of any of these. I've got nearly everything I need for the 360/NP435 swap into my '50. Here's what remains:
NP435 lever adapter to use the stock T-case levers.
WC-style yoke to use a centered differential.
NP435 output yoke, can't remember the spline count.
Shortened LA water pump, or '91 Dakota LA318 serpentine setup.
LA flywheel spacer.
Front Dana 60 from an 89-93 Dodge 4x4 Cummins Diesel with 4.56 gears.
Chelsea 352 PTO, for a Dodge NP435.
That's it, as I recall. A tall list, but a HECK of a lot less than what this swap started out with.
