Your description of problem unclear. A flat spot just above idle may not be accelerator pump if it occurs when you push pedal slowly.
That would indicate low speed circuit problems Though likely worse off idle accelerator pump problem would generally cause hesitation with quick throttle opening regardless of throttle position.
