This am everything was normal; at noon lines at gas stations. At 5 pm gas stations dry! Why? PANIC. I saw deliveries of gas through out the day....yet people were afraid they would run out. So now everyone lines up, waits and tops off their tank....for no reason. So instead of the normal reserves in the stations tanks, the thousands of motorists who have topped off have created their own self fulfilling prophecy...and most feel good about doing so.
