I just had my radiator re-cored a couple of months ago. My tanks pressure tested fine. So, I opted to "upgrade" the new core with more cooling tubes than original, (30%) more because I live in Phoenix, AZ. They changed the spacing of the tubes. I stayed with Copper & Brass as the original. They guy asked me if I wanted to change the neck to a pressure neck, I did not. Kept the original fin design as well. Looks completely stock but way more efficient. Brand new and works great! Was expensive, ran me $625, but I'm happy.
