I did mine earlier this year. The first time I had the radiator off, so it was easy. Since it leaked like crazy the first time I did it, I took it off just by removing the fan and belts. Not too much drama. Watch carefully how the gasket seats. For some reason I had to use silicone based sealer when I used the gasket that was provided.
