First just have soembody ram the sterng wheel back and forth whle you look for paly in drag link and tie rod ends. Drage links are adjustabe/rebuildablr. Ties rod ends would need replacemnt. And if there is much paly n the steering box itself, it michgt still have adjustment left in it. Be cautious, too tight could be a killer, if it seizes on the road.

Next, jack it up, put on jack stands, and try to wobble the 100# tire in and out. Any play needs to go away. Wheel bearings are adjustable, 'king pin' pivots might be too via shims. Remove shim to tighten.

While up, spin the tires by hand, Check for bent rims and out of round tires.

Balance can contribute too , but it is usually a higher speed vibration.
