Seemed to be the valves were stuck from sitting.I am guessing last guys who installed this motor cranked it with out checking if the motor was free.Then scraped it.The reason it wouldnt turn past 180 was a lifter was also stuck the bore.After a night of soaking the motor turns over and compression was good.Next I will leak check for cracks in block and head then a rebuild to follow junoir copey and thanks for the input
