It is a very nice U.S. made tool. I've found myself using it for a lot of other rivet stuff and glad I got it now. Debated on it at first but put some of the profits that came from the headlight ring retainers towards it. That way I could give the guys who bought them from me free install that looked factory.
I'm in the tool and die industry and the rolling mandrel is probably out of mosts scope to do. They are held in place with an internal snap ring and have a smaller shaft that centers it into the tools shaft.
