I'm slowly working through replacing all the bad metal on my cab. I've mostly been working on the floors since they're easier in both shape and repair.

I've started on some of the exterior metal, beginning with the rear lower cab wall where it rolls under the floor. I've replaced the floor section behind it but now I need to figure out how to recreate the U-shape at the bottom where it rolls under the floor.

Not sure how to proceed. With an army of expensive body tools I'm sure it would be easier, but I don't have them and it's probably a poor investment for one cab, and most of the cheaper hazard fraught type stuff doesn't recommend use on thicker than 18 ga steel.

So the point of my rambling is to figure out what part of this I can do (and how) and what I might need to have done.
