I can confirm that the link you posted is bad. http://www.vintagepowerwagons.com/products is also bad. But by going to their main page (http://www.vintagepowerwagons.com), clicking "parts" and then selecting a vehicle type and a group, I get a good PDF copy of part of the catalog. I tried several sections and all opened correctly. I suspect that you bookmarked a catalog section which they moved. Try going back to the main page and working your way down again from there, and it should open fine.
You can't count on webmasters to maintain the full paths to lower-level pages that you've bookmarked.
