tim - you should close your fingers in the container and file a wc claim against yourself. you'd be rolling in cash. use that cash to build a proper shop - easy....
a neighboring repair shop to our truck yard put up razor wire to stop nightly break ins. the thief got tangled in the wire and sued. owner settled instead of going to court and losing. sorry to hear of your zoning troubles. i guess i have to remove vt as a place to escape all the rules down here. figuring somewhere north of bar harbor maine is about the only place left to be left alone...
