The purpose of the zoning board is to keep the status quo the ones that got in at the start got it made.Salvage yards around me that were there before zoning are now millonares, now they wont alow any more so what they got is worth more.Supply and demand.Good job you used your head it doesnt pay to argue with them and they never get back to you unless you are a Big guy with money.
