After run ins with the zoning board the best things are fences and trailers, or lean too sheds no doors. If there were zoning boards at the founding of this country, today it would be bare of any bussness.Most of the zoning officers are the Barney Fife type. You need big bucks to get a permit to build, money for the building and a kick back to the zoning officer to permit you to build on your own land.
