Title must be in error - it's a WWII WC-54, not a 1948 as listed.

Clarksville does not exist on maps today. It is located along the Burnt River in Baker County, Oregon. If you follow I-84 from the Idaho border into Oregon, you'll find the Burnt River. (Go west of Boise). The Burnt River leaves I-84 and heads into the mountains. I would imagine Clarksville is probably located there, not along I-84.
