I'm putting the headers on because I have an exaust leak in the seal of one of the back exaust manifolds and they keep with engine cooler on the 440's. I will have to run exaust because of the connections to the headers, and the converters bad so im replacing it. Im putting the cam in it to make it run a little better. I ahve a reson for my insanity (-:{ I did sand the spots down to bare metal but I have not finished sanding the bondo down so it shows it on the paint witch I sanded to make it rough. At least my trucks not a club cab that would be more trim.
