My 46WDX cowl lights are on without the headlights being on. Like parking lights. I haven't figured out what's wrong with my headlights yet, as all my lights go out when I move the switch from the parking lights on position to the headlamp on position, so I don't yet know if the cowl lights will stay on then, or not.
