Hi Jr.
I just saw your post. In the future go to my link and you'll have an answer right away!
First, that part is a DOOHICKEY, not a doo hicker, the doohicker goes on the transmission.
What you need is: Mopar Part Number 3671602; this is the plate which covers the hole in the block. Hope the weld works, the plate is about $6!
