41 Command Car in Va. $450

Found this ad in the local paper thought someone could use it. "41 military power wagon command car $450 (540)-868-0182"

I talked to the owner and he does have the title, car has rust in floors and turns over but not running. He said it was a WC model. Car is in Winchester Va.
I dont need it, so go and save it.
