It will work with a 1/4 inch spacer that you'll have to make. Take the PTO apart and replace any worn pieces. You can buy a Fel-Pro gasket to use for a pattern. This is the Current Number 55379, Future Number 15-2502. Not sure where Fel-Pro is in their numbering, but one will work and you will need two of them. You can take the floor boards out and bolts that hold the tranny to the bellhousing and rotate the tranny counter clockwise to install if you have to. Make sure the oil is drained out.
