Yes, they are the same. When it comes to interchanging wheel brake cylinders, the only thing you need to do is this:
1. Measure bolts center to center (1 and 15/16ths required),
2. 1 and 7/8ths shoulder for the brake plate hole,
3. 1 and 1/4 on one end and 1 and 3/8ths on the other
