Basicaly, you got to become the Mark I,Mod O human synchro:
when up shifting, pause between gears to allow engine speed to drop to what it will be in the next gear

Down shifting- harder- pull gearshift to nuetral,let out clutch, rev to speed needed in next gear,put into gear.

Once you get good(perfect?), you don't have to use clutch at all.Also when good, you'll drive close to this method (even in synchro cars)and never wearout a clutch again-I got 100,000 on my F 250 with a 12" disc and a 428 cobrajet (fun truck) before the fingers wore out their pivot pins, all because I'm a power wagon nut.Have Fun!
