Cliff,

I recommend first that when accelerating you do not wind the engine up very much before you shift. The lower the rpm's the easier it is to do.

Also don't try to shift too fast.

I find that if you try to hurry it often times you don't let the clutch out far enough when you are double clutching. One way to solve that is to make a consious effort to actually take your foot off the pedal when double clutching.

I also have my clutch adjusted so i don't have too much freeplay in it. This way you do not have to push the clutch in as far. (Be careful though, no freeplay and you will burn out your clutch.)
