The truck pictured is too new to have been a part of the Swamp Fox tests. Dodge did put together several similar trucks over the years for other tests however. I have seen pictures of WM300's, M37's, Sweptline W300's and Power Giant's all set up similarly for various tests by the military. They may have also put together this type of rig for commercial purchasers such as oil companies, utilities, etc...
