I've seen some late 70's Dodges with a neutral position on the transfer case. Was this on the NP203 or were NP205's made with a neutral position since they had a PTO position?

And speaking of PTO positions on transfers, which ones had this option, how difficult is it to find a PTO to fit it, and where did it mount?
