I've got the 2008, Great truck. Do the deletes, remove the EGR, High Performance programmer, cold air intake, and exhaust if you really wanna open up the Horsepower! But stock is Great as well, the exhaust break is the best out there, and the truck is just all round awesome. I also own or have owned all the Ford diesels, but the Dodge is my favorite.
