Back when us designer / illustrators types used rapidograph pens we had these small tanks with some kind of solution and it vibrated. These days I have a foot bath that vibrates, so I put a coffee can with carb cleaner or whatever in it. Good for fuel system stuff. Bolts, just a wire brush on my large Monkey Wards grinder and tap and die the threads. A cheapo Sears sand blaster and I have an airbrush air eraser with aluminum oxide for small delicate things. Goop, and orange cleaner are good at degreasing.
