I have had an anoying, intermittend, fuel problem that I think is vapor lock. It was a very warm day,today so I thought I would drive the m37 in the local canyon. After about 25 min, I was thinking how I had not had the problem in a while. Just as the though passed hrough my head it started. The ruck started to lurch and it was all I could do to keep it running. I managed to get the truck turned around to head home. Luckily, i's down hill. I had ti finally stop he truck about a half mile from home. The fuel pressure gauge read 5-6 psi, with he engine off. The hand lever on the fuel pump would not move and there was noe fuel in the fuel filter between the carb and the fuel pump. I came back to he truck 45 min later and the hand pump on the carb worked again, I sarted the truck and came home. So what do I insolate he fuel line with??
