If possible, I'd like to keep the stock pedals in my 6x6. I'm planning to install a 318, and wondering if the old pedals will fit with the new bellhousing. Anyone have any experience with this?

I'm planning to mount a dual master cylinder under the driver's floorboard. Years ago I was able to fit a power brake booster and master cylinder from a B series Dodge van under the floor of my WM300, but I wasn't happy with the linkage to it, so I went with the factory setup. Today I figured out a very simple linkage system, so I'm going for it, and passing on the top hung pedal idea. Again, if possible.

In full disclosure, I am considering a small block chevy engine for the 6x6. Burn me as a heretic, but the chevy bellhousing makes installation much easier with the clutch fork AND starter on the passenger side. It's certainly not my first choice, but I'm having a terrible time finding a 67-68 Dodge hydraulic bellhousing anywhere.
