yes you have to mod the 4 wheels to get the dually mod without a spacer(i don't like the spacer unless you get the factory spacer then can use stock wheels, stock wheel is not wide enuff to to just modify one and get clearance
if you modify four you will have a problem with the drum unless you turn the ear down a hair so the wheel can go over it which it has to do in order to snug up to the hub
if you use disc brakes there maybe enuff clearance
