We often hear about some cockamamy representative initiating the process, for some whacky bill, but things usually don't go anywhere. Just cause some state senator sponsore a new bill doesn't meant NJ is outlawing ANYTHING. But he got a donation from MAMV. Mothers Against MVs.
Maybe there is a NJ MVPA site to check?
